Event Staffing Care Pricing
Event Kids Concierge provides a dedicated nurse and certified sitter for every event — ensuring exceptional safety, engagement, and peace of mind.
Our standard staffing ensures every child receives the right level of supervision and care, whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private celebration.
Minimum booking: 4 hours
Team: 1 Licensed Nurse + 1 Professional Sitter
Rate:
$100/hour for the nurse
$50/hour for the sitter
(4-hour minimum applies)
Example:
A 4-hour booking with one nurse and one sitter starts at $600 total.
Child-to-Caregiver Ratios
We staff every event based on children’s ages and care needs to ensure safety and individualized attention.
Our standard nurse-and-sitter team comfortably cares for up to:

If your guest list includes multiple infants or a mix of ages, additional staff can be added to maintain these recommended ratios.
